The EnviHealthMicro Lab's primary objective is to develop research projects based on the founding concept defined by the World Health Organization – One Health – which promotes a holistic, transdisciplinary, and multi-sectoral approach to Health, connecting Human Health, Animal Health, and Environmental Health. It also aims to explore components such as the Integration of healthcare delivery and Health Literacy, particularly focusing on the intersection between chronic and infectious diseases.
